When and how will my items ship?
Free shipping is through USPS First Class Mail. If an order needs to be rushed and/or shipped Priority or Express (for an extra charge) please contact us. International shipping costs vary, please go to the check out to see your costs.
Important! CONFIRM YOUR ADDRESS IS CORRECT when placing an order. We will ship to the address listed when you checkout and can not be responsible for shipping to the incorrect address.
International orders are responsible for customs/duty fees incurred after leaving the United States. Orders will be marked as merchandise, even if it is going to a gift recipient, so please be prepared to pay the fees and warn the person you are gifting it to. If the order gets sent back to us due to failure to pay it will be refunded minus the shipping charges and a 10% restocking fee.
US orders, if the item comes back to us undeliverable from USPS it will be refunded minus a 15% restocking fee.
What if my order is damaged or lost in the mail?
Be sure to check your order within 7 days of arrival and e-mail kate@katedolamore.com with photos of the damage so we can fix it!
Lost? Once we have shipped an order it is out of our hands and we are not responsible for USPS delays. Please allow 3 weeks for delivery. For international orders the wait time varies upon country and can sometimes take a long time, but please contact us if you are worried.
How can I return an item?
Returns are not accepted. If you are unhappy with an item, please contact us at kate@katedolamore.com and we'll see what we can do.
If you are ordering apparel, PLEASE check the size chart before you order. These items can't be exchanged or returned due to their small profit margin.
What's the best way to frame a 13x19 print?
Can I get a print in a different size?
Smaller sizes are available! With some, making them smaller makes the text quite small for wall art but that being said, feel free to inquire if you have a sizing request that is 13x19 inches or smaller.
Can I get a digital download to print from home?
Due to art theft we do not offer digital downloads.
Can I get a custom print or commission a painting?
Currently no, but we love to hear suggestions which help Kate decide what to paint next!
Can I purchase from the UK/EU?
Unfortunately there are new requirements to selling in the UK and the EU that prevent us from doing so. If you are in the UK or the EU you can order through Etsy- www.etsy.com/shop/KateDolamore
If items you want are not on Etsy please send us a message on Etsy to get a custom listing made. If you are not in the UK/EU, please purchase here at katedolamore.com!
Sadly, new restrictions prevent us from shipping to Germany through here or Etsy.
